Ownership of 3,000 acre cattle ranch, La Tejana near Guichon in Uruguay. Producing grass fed, organic beef. Ceneltex abides by the strictest USDA standards. The beef is sold to slaughterhouses in Uruguay as contract to overseas markets – US, Israel, Russia, France and the rest of the world. Ceneltex briefly exported to the US under the Uruguay Steaks brand.
